Picture Jasper Pendant Necklace

This round Picture Jasper stone looks like a painting right out of the Wild West.  This pendant has a large fancy copper bale and comes with an 18” wax cord necklace, extendable to 20”.  It would look fantastic with an antiqued copper necklace, also available in the shop.  There are numerous different colors and varieties of Jasper, but Picture Jasper is particularly captivating due to the complexity and uniqueness of its design.  The name “Picture Jasper” literally means spotted or speckled stone. These stones are normally brownish/tan to red in color, with some stones having striations of deep blue and occasional yellow.  The design in Picture Jasper is said to look like a painting, with each pattern and each stone having a different composition. Picture Jasper is found all over the world.
