Descriptions and info of each below: Each bag is approximately 8oz ◇◇◇◇Picker Upper Tea Blend: Our herbal tea blends are soothing. After a long day at work or school, come home and unwind with a hot or cold cup of this herbal blend. Our Picker Upper blend is created with Energy in mind. Our teas are created by my herbalist and created with only organic herbs. Our herbs are grown on our property with no chemicals. If we don't want it in our tea, we won't put it in yours. Fill 2-3 teaspoons of tea in a cloth tea bag, tea strainer, or basket and place in a favorite mug. Pour about 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow it to steep for 10-15 minutes or it is as strong as you’d like.
