Strala Tai Chi Practice Group, Live Zooms in 2025 - 2026

This is your registration for our Tai Chi Practice Group, quarterly live Zoom sessions in 2025 - 2026. These practices are your way to feel better and do better, in everything you love. Our Zoom sessions are a wonderful chance to gather together for practice, progress, and deep exploration of group-sourced topics, including a wide variety of practical uses for tai chi, for a wide variety of people and needs.  We meet once every three months, plus these sessions are all saved, so you can always watch whenever you want. I'm so happy we have this way to share together, for whatever is coming up in your practice, whatever is on your mind.  All this is meant for so much more than a year, and it's so wonderful having this chance see and support each other along the way, I hope for a very long time to come.
