The Wooden Disc will sit flush on the Badge Reel The Wooden Disc is made from 3mm basswood (sealed and waterproofed). The Badge Reel utilizes a rotating alligator clip and has a retractable cord length of 34". The reel is black in color. We utilize 3mm basswood for the wooden disc, sealed and waterproofed by a matte enamel to provide additional protection from daily handling and the elements. The wooden disc measures 1 1⁄4" across and is attached to the badge reel via a permanent 3M™ adhesive. Each design is available in three different shades: light, medium, and dark.The badge itself is a black retractable badge reel with an alligator swivel clip and a vinyl card holder strap. The rotating clip extends cord life by reducing friction when pulled in different directions.   As these products are made from wood, each piece will inherently be slightly different due to the minor variances in the wood's grain and structure.
