Jackalope Skull Replica (Life-Sized)

This highly detailed, 3D printed resin skull is a representation of that legendary creature of Old West lore, the jackalope (Lepus antilocaprus). This piece was created from a detailed 3D scan of an actual jackrabbit skull, combined with a set of sculpted pronghorn antelope horns, and is printed in life size. (Well, life-sized for a jackrabbit. I've never managed to measure a jackalope.) This specimen is available with an aged paint effect, or unpainted. The painted version is ready to go straight on your shelf in its more life-like form, and the unpainted version is great for crafters who'd like to customize the skull themselves. You may think of the jackalope as the invention of taxidermists, which in a way it was, but the legend of it was likely inspired by real sightings of "horned" rabbits.
