A coordinating 100% cotton bonnet is Included.  Size 3M generally fits newborn to 6 months and 6M generally fits up to 12 months. Length is approximately 29" for both sizes. To coordinate with big sister or a choice for older babies, our Virginia dress starts at 12M.
