For Shrimp Scampi: Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of Go Go Garlic into 1 stick of melted butter or margarine. Heat on low for 5 minutes to develop flavors. Add cooked shrimp to mixture for a few minutes. Add mixture with shrimp to drained pasta. Toss and serve. (Note: Though not required, slightly hydrating the garlic before use with a couple drops of water will open its favor slightly quicker.) For Party Dip: Mix 1 TBL of Go Go Garlic with 3/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. Or, use 1 cup of whipped cream cheese with just enough sour cream to make it easy to mix. Either way, le
