Three  surfaces for display, fabulous scallop-y skirted tiers, quirky busting bud light on top...what more could you want? Bright, happy colors? We can do that , too! This 3 tiered delight is entirely hand built of metal that is encased in multiple layers of paper mache then finished with 2 coats of no VOC paint and a water based varnish for durability.
