1987 Washington Wave Lacrosse Tee

The Story The Washington Wave were one of the founding teams in the Eagle Pro Box Lacrosse League (renamed in 1989 to the Major Indoor Lacrosse League). They played in the Capital Centre in Landover, Maryland. The team's first coach, Bud Beardmore was the respected former coach who won two national titles with the University of Maryland. The franchise folded after the 1989 season.
