'Amish Paste', is a large paste tomato discovered in Wisconsin and thought to be of Amish descent.  The vigorous plants set clusters of three large fruits that are extremely meaty for quick sauce making.  The skin is firm enough to resist cracking, but soft enough to make processing easy.  The ending sauce is normally a bit sweeter than other sauce tomatoes. Fruit Size: 5-7 ounces  Spacing: 18"-24"  Days to Maturity: 80-90  Growth Habit: Indeterminate  Fertilizer: Apply an all-purpose organic fertilizer at planting time and side dress before fruit set with the same fertilizer.Container Size: 4.5" Pot, 1 Plant Photo courtesy of High Mowing Seeds
