The Body-Solid GFB350B Flat Bench is built to handle all your staple presses, rows, flyes, and dumbbell work with rock-solid stability. A 2" x 3" heavy-gauge steel mainframe with all-four-sides–welded construction delivers the rigidity lifters expect, while the extra-wide base helps eliminate rocking during heavy sets. The thick DuraFirm™ pad offers firm support that won’t bottom out, and the bench’s 19" pad height and 9.5" back pad width suit a wide range of lifters and movements. Euro-Cap foot levelers add both function and a clean finished look. Finished in a durable Black powder coat (New for 2025), this bench fits seamlessly into modern training spaces.
