This program was written in 2019. It was fantastic then, and it’s fantastic now. It’s the exact training that helped me build my deadlift to 800 pounds. There’s no theory in here — it’s what I actually ran, and it worked. If you follow it for nine weeks and survive it, your deadlift will get stronger. Period. Since then, I’ve lived another six years of lifting, coaching, rehabbing, competing, failing, learning, teaching, and rebuilding. I’ve picked up knowledge I didn’t have then from experience, from injury, from education, and from watching hundreds of athletes fight through their own deadlift problems.
