Sofra Bakery is a famous Eastern Mediterranean bakery in Cambridge, MA. Owned and run by pastry chef Maura Kilpatrick and chef Ana Sortun, it is a must-see stop if you're visiting the Boston area! The Molasses cookie is one of their best selling cookies, loaded with fragrant spices. We worked with them to develop this SUGAR based on the flavor of the cookie and wow, does it deliver! Try it in your coffee for a transportive treat.  Sprinkle atop oatmeal, fruit, muffins, or tea cakes. Wonderful for making cocktail simple syrups. Tasting Notes: Caramel with warming spices.
