Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar

This dark balsamic vinegar will have you thinking of strawberry muffins or pancakes. It has a subtle sweetness yet  the typical tart acidity of balsamic vinegar. Best uses – Include marinades for pork or beef or as a finishing vinegar over ice cream, pound cake, peaches or fruit salads. May also be used in bourbon or rye cocktails where a subtle acidity similar to a Shrub is desired. Suggested pairings - Blood Orange or Lemon EVOO Available in 8.45 oz.
