This single varietal is crushed from only Arbequina olives and has the flavor to prove it.  It's fresh and vibrant and full of the flavor you expect from our best-selling varietal. Best uses - Dressing salad greens and using in garden pestos.  Awesome over fresh tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella, Suggested pairings – White and most balsamic vinegars. Description – Fresh and fruity with flavors of red apple, almond and artichoke.  This is a surprisingly complex oil.  It is moderately peppery with the aroma of fresh cut grass. Available in 8.45 oz.
