Traditional White Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar

What a wonderful discovery! Thick and delicious!  Interchangeable with the traditional dark balsamic when your dish calls for great balsamic vinegar but not the dark color. This balsamic is a bit more subtle than the dark. Best uses – Can be used in a multitude of applications and lends a creative element to dressings and vegetables.  Wonderful in stir fry dishes and pasta dishes as well.
