Strohfus Stock Farm raises small quantities of top quality corn fed Angus Beef Cattle. We feed rationed corn, protein and minerals + Alfalfa/Orchard Grass hay. Dry aged and cut to your specific request!   We also deliver to your door for FREE within 25 miles of Hastings MN 55033.   Current prices for a 1/2 of beef is $4.00/lb hanging weight + processing ($400-500).  The average 1/2 weighs 400-450# hanging weight.
