The yellow flower buds open up to yellow flowers which eventually turn pure white. The yellow stamens contrast nicely with the white flower. The foliage is dark green in color with excellent disease resistance. The flowers bloom all summer long! It has a nice upright growth habit. Interesting note: It was named after Canadian composer Oscar Peterson. He was one of the greatest jazz pianists, composers in the world.
