NO RIBBON- no twine/no ribbon is included. We do offer a black pre-tied hanging ribbon for an additional charge.  On new designs- add notes- File Name, Ornament shape, also include any other information we might need. Art should be uploaded into the Dropbox Folder.  4.5" Stock Size/Shape -  Wood - $3.50 (No Ribbon) Acrylic - $4.50 (No Ribbon) Branding - Branding is available for an additional charge. Orders over $1500 (ornaments only) can receive branding free of charge. Please add notes on the order if you would like to have the items branded with your logo.  FB-vs OS - Full Bleed Vs Offset - Please choose the option to have your ornaments printed FB or OS. Full Bleed printing will require a bleed line on your artwork. We like to have at least a .06 bleed line. This is our safety zone to make sure everything you want on the ornament is indeed on the ornament.  Material Styles - Wood ornaments are printed from the front on .25 White MDF.
