Beginner Sewing - Lounge Shorts These stylish Lounge Shorts are super comfortable and perfect for lounging around during the Summer months!  Come learn: how to read a pattern match pattern to your own measurements cut fabric use a sewing machine  make a draw string closure You can bring your own fabric or choose from our selection of premium cotton fabrics with fun patterns ($15/yard) upon arrival.  If you plan to bring your own fabric, please get at least 2 yards of cotton fabric (not fleece). The average project will take 2-3 yards. We also recommend that you avoid checkered patterns so as a beginner sewer, you don't have to worry about lining up the patterns as much!  Duration: 2 hours.  The workshop will ensure that everyone knows what to do so you can finish at your leisure.  All workshop attendees have free access to open studio hours to finish their project on our sewing machines.
