1920s Black Silk Velvet Dress with Lace Collar and Cuffs

The textile of this dress is unmarked, black silk velvet, with natural color lace trim. This dress has a semi-sheer lace front, strap keepers inside the dress, long sleeves with lace trim sleeve cuffs, and a belted waist. The belt buttons and snaps to close, but there are no other closures on this piece - because of this, please keep in mind you have to fit your upper body through the waist. There are several, small, visible stains on the bust, some discoloration to the tan lining in the bodice, and damage to the velvet on the wearer's right hip (looks like a scuff mark).
