The sequined bust adds such an elegent touch to this 1930s evening dress. This is a black dress with double spaghetti straps. This style is slightly gathered at the bust with a low waist, loose fit, and a full skirt. The top is sequined, front and back. Some sequins have lost a bit of shine, and a few are missing. There are a few small snags along the right of the skirt, likely from catching on jewelry.
