This dress is made of silk velvet, beautiful plum color with decorative buttons and ruching at shoulders, matching velvet belt with Art Deco style rhinestone detail. Dress has no closure and slips on over the head, will fit a maximum 40" bust. Belt measures 38" when buckled. Original owner has altered belt with a snap to hold the belt tip in place, which fits the 38" waist.
