1940s Blue Velvet Princess Coat

This coat is a dark blue velvet. Medium weight, nice for fall or a light winter. Fitted, double breasted bodice, shoulder pads and dramatic bishop sleeves. Coat skirt lays flat across the front. The back of the coat is gorgeous! Slightly dropped waist with decorative buttons. There are extra panels sewn into the skirt for fullness.
