1950s Black Tulle Skirt

This listing is for one skirt. Textile is unmarked. Layered tulle skirt. This a black skirt with a velvet waistband. Three rows of pleated tulle sewn to another layer of tulle. Some holes on the inside of the waistband that do not impact the overall condition of the skirt. There is a straight cut in the tulle that is hidden in the second layer.
