1980s Bill Blass Black Velvet Evening Gown with Beaded Flower & Mutton Sleeves

This is a black velvet gown with long sleeves. Scoop neck, fitted bodice and slim skirt. The sleeves have poofed shoulders, almost mutton sleeves. The left top of the bodice is heavily beaded with a large flower in black and silver with a sequined center. The flower stem is beaded down the sleeve. Very pretty, unique dress.
