1990s Carmen Marc Valvo Black Knit Dress with Beading

This black pencil dress by Carmen Marc Valvo gets a great element of texture with the all-over beading. The textile is a wool blend (92% wool, 8% other) with black beading in a scallop pattern over the whole dress. This dress is unlined and is fairly heavy, due to the beading. The dress is fitted throughout the bodice and waist and has a pencil style skirt. The front neckline is scooped, and there is a low back.
