This is a unique suit by designer Christian Lacroix. The jacket is boxy and short with cropped bracelet sleeves and slit vents at the waist. The textile is brightly colored with metallic gold brocade throughout, the pattern shows large hearts, clubs, spades and diamonds. Large black and gold heart buttons up the front. I have some information stating these buttons are Gripoix, but cannot guarantee it. The skirt is also brightly colored with a similar pattern of hearts, clubs spades and diamonds. The waistband is very wide and the skirt is pleated at the waist to poof over the hips.
