Medium 1990s Oleg Cassini Black Tie Blue Formal Gown Beaded Sweetheart Neckline

This a strapless blue formal gown with a completely beaded and embroidered bodice, and a sweetheart neckline. There are two layers of tulle, as well as an organza interlining, and a lining to give the skirt lots of body. The tulle is edged with a .25" trim to prevent it from catching and snagging, as well as scratching the wearer. This dress is very well made and very well cared for. There is a band at the waist to cinch the bodice and help prevent the gown from slipping down. There is very little, if any, bead loss. The gown comes with a generous bag of spare beads in the event of future bead loss.
