This Oscar de la Renta formal dress has HUGE bishop sleeves! Long pencil dress style is perfect for any formal occasion, it would make a lovely alternative wedding gown. Textile is unmarked, feels like silk. Made to step-into, not pull over the head, with a wrap waist and long belt that wraps around the waist and hooks under the left arm, it gives the impression of a cummerbund.
