This medium-weight blue dress has some lovely, unique details. the ruffles at the neckline are high and close in the front, but dip down to a low back neckline. The skirt is also asymmetrical, with the front hem being slightly higher than the back hem. Condition: Good Condition Details: There are many holes throughout, the largest being .5" on the hem. Bottom of zipper is loose. Strong and wearable, but visibly flawed. Very unique style, would be great to use for lifting a pattern. Could also be used for study, repurposing or costume.
