Blouse features v neck with fabric covered buttons at bodice, long sleeves with snap closures at each cuff, and absolutely stunning blue and black silk devore fabric. One of the buttons is missing some of the velvet detail, but this is very hard to notice and this piece is in remarkable condition for its age.
