*250ml cans* (equivalent to 1/3 of a bottle) Grape(s): 63% Syrah, 20% Carignan, 8% Petite Sirah, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Grenache Vineyard: Parenti Vineyard (Green Valley), Dorn Vineyard (Redwood Valley), Rhodes Vineyard (Redwood Valley) Method: All the different grapes varieties were pressed and fermented separately, then blended together into a single stainless steel tank before canning.
