The richly textured drippy bands of earthy desert colors bring back great memories of camping in the desert near the Grand Canyon in my twenties.  The gently curved shape, smooth base and ergonomic handle make this gently textured mug comfortable to hold in a variety of ways, with a decent size that allows you to stay cozy for a while and a thickness that offers some comforting weight to keep your brew warm a bit longer.
