The flag of my disposition, out of hopeful green stuff woven

12 x 16" watercolor, charcoal, and cotton thread on cotton paper, 2022. Abstract original painting. Transparent pigment creates a sense of depth and atmosphere, while the stitching and loose mark-making invigorate the composition. The painting has been coated with a durable uv-protective coating in order to preserve and maintain the pigments as they age. It is float mounted to a foam-core panel. It will need to be framed before hanging.
