Sedum Dasyphyllum Major

Sedum Dasyphyllum Major, also known as Corsican Stonecrop or Blue Tears Sedum, is a quick-to-grow evergreen succulent. This little ground cover sedum features adorable blue-green foliage with long branching stems and tiny round leaves. Sedum Dasyphyllum Major can withstand light foot traffic, making it an excellent low-water lawn substitute. You can trim it back to create a dense mat and leave the trimmings to root & grow into new plants. Ideally, succulents prefer 2-5 hours of direct or filtered morning sunlight with bright indirect sunlight throughout the day to maintain their compact rosettes and vivid colors. They will not survive a hard frost, but can be brought indoors to grow near a window sill receiving bright sunlight or under a grow light. Like most succulents, they require well-draining soil and infrequent watering.
