Aqua GlowTopper, dip powder

Aqua/teal blue glow in the dark topper.. add glow to your favorite Mani! Colors may vary due to lighting and different devices.   This dip powder works best with Dip liquids       I do not recommend gel with ANY color changing (thermal , UV sun changers & Glow in the dark)dip powders of ANY kind. It has a negative effect on the outcome. You can not know how the gel will react with each dip powder until it's been tried but I can't try every gel out there so I just recommend using it whichever way best suits you but I don't advise gel with this type of dip powder.    Swatches of thermal and UV/Glow dip powders are photographed using UV lighting and Sun . The UV light temporarily gives some sun changing dips a darker color than the sun will .         For best results use dip liquids.    The mix of glow powder does cloud it just a little.
