Continue moving up your body, be sure to brush the lymph nodes clustered under your arms, behind your knee, and inner thighs. Use lighter and more gentle strokes on your chest and abdomen. After your brush session, jump in the shower and follow with a nourishing body lotion/oil lock in moisture. For Exfoliation: Use dry in small circular motions to buff, smooth and exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin cells Please note the brush may shed a bit during initial use due to the natural fibers. Caution: Do not use on sensitive areas such as the face or on broken skin. It is important to avoid any exfoliating products in your shower after a dry brushing session. This brush is for dry skin brushing and is not designed for use in the bath/shower.
