This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives. The body is made from cocobolo with an African Blackwood ferrule Suited for a 165-210mm  gyuto or other Japanese knife. Weight 44g Length 131 mm   (5 1/8”) Handle is sealed and buffed to natural luster  Use and care - Hand wash and dry - Never put in dishwasher nor leave in hot soapy water.
