SIAMAYA - Coconut Curry

Siamaya Chocolate based in Changmai, Thailand began making chocolate from Thai ingredients in 2017.  The result is a collection of distinctive Thai-inspired chocolate.  We tried their as a chocolate festival and were blown away by the precision in flavor and chocolate combination.  We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.   COCONUT CURRY CHOCOLATE Inspired by Thai tom kha coconut curry, this bar masterfully layers lemongrass, galangal, candied tomatoes, and just a touch of Thai chilies into a delicious Coconut Milk Dark Chocolate. Made from all natural herbs and spices, you won’t believe how well the fusion of flavors goes in chocolate until you try it! Ingredients: cacao nibs, organic cane sugar, candied tomatoes, dried coconut, coconut milk, cocoa butter, and spices. Produced in a facility which processes nuts and dairy. Net Weight: 70g
