Siamaya Chocolate based in Changmai, Thailand began making chocolate from Thai ingredients in 2017.  The result is a collection of distinctive Thai-inspired chocolate.  We tried their as a chocolate festival and were blown away by the precision in flavor and chocolate combination.  We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.   THAI BULLET CHILI 70% DARK CHOCOLATE Tasting notes: Spicy heat, stone fruit, earthy chocolate. A surprisingly spicy combination of sun-dried Thai bullet chilies and Siamaya's fruity Signature Dark 70%. If you enjoy the heat, this Thai chocolate will provide.
