Intended to be an Italian Sausage Seasoning, like all our blends it had to pass a rigorous taste test. With no patience to wait on the sausage making process, we gave it a go on some boneless pork chops. Needless to say it was love at first bite! We now know this blend as Everything Pork lending a hand in preparing the best ribs, pork loin, chops, pork butts, and oh yes Italian sausage! Here's what makes it tick- Granulated Garlic, Paprika, Granulated Onion, Salt, Black Pepper, Italian Seasoning, Celery Salt, Turmeric, and Sage.
