In this IN-PERSON class, you will work on traditional piecing, basting, straight-line quilting, and binding, while you make an adorable (and useable!) pumpkin potholder. WHERE: Sellersburg, IN (I'll send the address to class registrants) DATES:  September 28, 2024 TIME: 2-6pm COST: $30 Supplies: Sewing machine (a 1/4" foot will be very helpful) Walking foot  Neutral color thread for piecing Coordinating thread for top-stitching, quilting. Sewing pins Scissors Rotary cutter Ruler Orange, yellow, and brown (or green) scrap fabric (exact amounts and cutting instructions will be sent to student's email) (2) 10" squares for background and backing 2 10" squares for background and backing 1 10" square of batting 1 10" square of Insul-Bright heat resistant batting 1 2.5" x  for WOF for binding NOTE: Space is limited; therefore, I cannot hold any spots without payment. The last day to register is September 26th, and no refunds will given for cancelations after September 14th.
