If there is a mistake on an order, Summit is to be immediately notified. Authorized requested returns are at the owner's expense. Once returned, a credit will be posted.  There is a 25% restocking fee.   Tester Policy: One tester can be purchased with every case of a matching retail item, i.e., order two cases of diffusers, you can order two testers. Tester purchases cannot exceed what you are ordering in retail.
