The Tied roller secondary clutch is made in the USA. It is a more efficient, longer lasting, replacement for 2016+ 1000 models that came with the B.O.S.S square slide secondary clutch. This clutch utilizes a center shaft which slides over the transmission shaft and allows the helix bushing to be much larger for increased durability. It uses designs that have been utilized for years on snowmobiles to "float" the clutch on the transmission shaft. This allows the secondary clutch to self-align with the primary for improved belt longevity and performance. This conversion is calibrated with a Sand Specific clutch kit designed for elevations of 4500' and above with paddle tires. Note: If performance modifications, larger tires or weight have been added to the RZR-S4 1000, please let us know so we can tailor your clutch kit accordingly. All clutch kits are developed using Polaris OEM Belts: 2016-21 RZR-S4 1000 - #3211180. Using any other belt may require additional clutch tuning. So
