Cultivated high in southern Sierra Madre Mountain Range. This coffee is produced by a coop small produces with farms usually about 10 acres. The coffee is a mix of heirloom varietals of Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica sun died on patios meticulously prepared. We are offing this medium roast to produce it's best flavors.
