Jacobs Ladder X (JLX) improves upon the great design of the original Jacobs Ladder cardio machine by adding several key upgrades.  An improved digital dashboard provides more insight on your workout -- everything from climb rate and total feet climbed to calories burned and workout intensity level is accounted for.  Versatility has been added to the JLX that enables athletes to train in four different workout positions.  This makes it easier to customize your training for different muscle groups or intensity levels.
