A faceted plug with neck, non-polarized. This plug can accommodate an Underwriter's knot inside it. Tying an Underwriter's knot, when there is room to do so, is always recommended. Please see our How To Wire a Plug page to see how to tie the knot. This plug easily accepts all of our 16-gauge and smaller wires. Note that if you are going to use one of our three-conductor wires, you should clip the ground wire (the green one) on both ends of the wire.
