Flashy aqua tone Black Ethiopian Opal ring. Pear shaped Ethiopian opal has a blue/green hue with lots of flash. The gem is nestled in fine and sterling silver with 18K gold dot accents and rests atop a comfortable band. The ring is oxidized and polished to enhance the detail of the metalwork. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Materials: Black Ethiopian opal, fine and sterling silver, 18K gold Dimensions: fits a 7 US, can not be resized; setting is 7/8" by 1/2" at the widest point; band is 1/8" wide  Finish: oxidized and polished ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This piece is hand-crafted in my studio using traditional metalsmithing techniques.
