Marbled hardneck with large purple bulbs and 4-6 large cloves per bulb. The raw flavor is bold and pungent, sulfurous but not super hot. Rich and garlicky when cooked. Mid-to-late harvest, excellent yields, and reliable storage (7-8 months once cured). Sow in fall to harvest the following summer. Garlic cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States (including HI, US territories, or Armed Forces) or to the following states: AK, CA, CO, GA, ID, KS, MT, NV, OR, or WA.
